1. STORYCARE
StoryCare - MD Edition is a professional development program under Project#RESUS, a Shared Harvest Foundation initiative.
Our goal is to elevate the stories of trusted health professionals and trainees in our communities and help you share your unique experiences with the world that we hope will one day change health policies for the better.
We believe that you cannot advance health equity without first listening to the lived experiences and innovative ideas that come from a vibrant and diverse healthcare workforce
2. I AM NOT YOUR HERO (IANYH)
I AM NOT YOUR HERO (IANYH) is the first of a three-part docu-series produced by SHF that focuses on the human-centered relationship between patients and caregivers.
The 30-minute short connects viewers to the lived experiences of Black women physicians and the heightened tribulations they experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the twin perils of health inequities and systemic racism that plague America’s medical system.
Committed to their calling, these physicians would value being seen and appreciated as whole persons-- just like you and me.
